adsense payment

I got adsense check last week. It is quite difficult to reach the USD100 minium payment, the adsense have been placed on my blogs since Nov,2007. ^^

The efficiency of Google is quite good, it was sent from Singapore and only need 6 days to get my check at my Hong Kong mailing address.
The adsense check is issued by Citic bank and the currency has been converted to HK dollars. Since it is a cross check, Steve need to deposit the adsense money into saving account and cannot cashout directly. Therefore begore you request your adense payment, remember to double check your full name and address first. ^^

The earning is based on two calculation :
(1) CPC - cost per click is the amount an advertiser pays each time a user clicks on his/her ad. Google AdWords has a CPC pricing system.
(2) eCPM - effective cost per thousand impression is a useful way to compare revenue across different channels and advertising programmes.

You would be paid if the earning is USD 100 or above. The payment is settled by sending USD cheque to your home. Therefore the mailing address is very important, after certain earning(USD10.0) in your account, adsense will sent a confirmation letter to verify your address. If the earning is less than USD100, the balance would be automatically carried on to the next month.
